Job Specification
* Position : Building Maintenance Staff
* Department : General Affairs
* Working Location : Purwakarta (Cikampek)

Job Description :
* Checking building and facility condition
* Make civil work proposal; including cost and schedule
* Conducting tender process
* Supervise any civil work activities
* Checking final result

Requirement:
* Associate degree from reputable university, major in Civil Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Have experience minimal 3 years in handling building maintenance / building / civil work supervison / cost estimator
* Male, max 35 years old.
* Willing to be located in Purwakarta
* Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
* Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, good presentation skill, communicative, can work under pressure.
* Willing to hard work, honest and anticipative
