1. Personal Banking Officer (Code:PBO)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Ensure sales target are achieved.
* Ensure excellent customer experience.
* Handle all customer inquiries and complaints.
* Complete application document and related administration process.

Requirements:

* A Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
* Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing.
* Understanding of Retail Banking products and services.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa and English.
* Target and Customer oriented .
* Communicative and persuasive , able to conduct interesting presentation.
* Quickly adapt in any kind of situation.

2. Sales and Service Officer (Code:SSO)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Ensure sales target are achieved.
* Ensure excellent customer experience.
* Handle all customer inquiries and complaints.
* Complete application document and related administration process.

Requirements:

* A Diploma degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
* Fresh graduate.
* Proficient in the use of computer based office tools MS Word and MS Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
