McDonald's Indonesia is looking for energetic and smart young people to join us in managing our Restaurants for the position of:

Management Trainee

* Jabodetabek base (code: MT-JKT)
* Jawa Tengah base (code: MT-JATENG)
* Samarinda base (code: MT-SMD)
* Balikpapan base (code: MT-BLKP) and
* Manado base (code: MT-MND)

The qualifications for Management Trainee are:

* University degree of any discipline
* Maximum 26 years old
* Hard worker and able to work at different shift including holidays
* Be able to work at any McDonald's restaurants in Indonesia
* Good communication and good interpersonal skill
* Self confidence and good appearance
* Patient, highly initiative, motivated, energetic and cooperative
* Fluent in English and good computer skill
