Asset Integrity Method Engineer (FO 1015)

Job Description
• Analyse and provide solution related to Integrity issue
• Providing technical support and surface operation database related to integrity issue
• Follow up and control multidivisional action related to river crossing, right of way, and riser of pipelines
• Follow up and control multidivisional action related to inspection (corrosion under insulation, difficult access inspection, sand production monitoring, etc)
• Provide Integrity monthly report (KPI, Dashboard, etc)

Required Skills
• Education: At least Engineering Bachelor Degree (most preferable from mechanical or chemical engineering discipline)
• Experience: More than 3 years experience in technical inspection activities and static equipment inspection
• Skills: Hands on experience in oil & gas industry, Familiar with upstream oil & gas processing, Familiar with risk based inspection / inspection management systems, also with international codes & MIGAS regulations

Engineer Completion (DWL 1005)

Job Description
• Monitor daily rig activities in order to prepare next completion (strategy, material readiness, completion design review, etc).
• Work closely with reservoir, geologist and drilling engineer special study for completion proposal of specific well (multi lateral, horizontal, etc).
• Prepare installed completion drawing, check and revise completion report.
• Monitor non routine completion performance (completion data base, well performance, detail completion performance tracking).
• Perform completion engineering studies (casing tubing design, tube-move, Prosper, etc)
• Ensure all completion equipment will be ready in due time.
• Communicating & co-ordinating work between field, Balikpapan Material & relevant service companies.
• Work closely & provide technical support for completion supervisor during completion execution
• Evaluating and selecting appropriate equipment to achieve completion objectives
• Designing & making Memo program for sand control applications (e.g. Gravel pack, Frac pack, Stand alone screen, ESS, etc)
• Supervising the gravel pack & sand control jobs
• Designing, evaluating & making program for well stimulations job (e.g. Fracturing & acidizing) based on well & reservoir diagnostic
• Prepare tender (Appendices, presentation & EE) and monitor the tender to ensure the delivery as per schedule.
• Preparing cost & timing estimates and risk in terms of probability and potential remedies

Required Skills
• Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent from any engineering background
• Experience: Minimum 5 years field experience.
• Skills: Knowledge of sand control and/or fracturing operations desirable.

Engineer Well Service (DWL - 1002)

Job Description
• Planning, orginizing & coordinate operation on the stimulation
• Perform study related to relevant well service activities
• Prepare program to increase well deliverability.
• Guarantee the stimulation & coil tubing procedures are throughly prepared inline with company rule & the state of the art before operation start up.
• Ensure good commissioning of units before operation start up
• Ensure preparation & follow up of operation done thoroughly to achive effevtive, efficient & safe operation

Required Skills
• Education: Bachelor degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Experience: 3 to 5 years or more dealing with well service activities
• Skills: Good analytical thinking, Creative & anticipative, Good team work

Eng. Drilling (DWL - 1001)

Job Description
• Guarantee the accomplishment of the drilling and/or completion and/or work-over operations, in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental protection, all while optimising costs and lead times
• Ensure the suitability to operational requirements of personnel, equipment and services
• Contribute to the return on Exploration & Productin investments, through a continual search for the improving equipment, services and operational procedures

Required Skills
• Education: Bachelor degree from any engineering major
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar field, preferably having experience in oil and gas company.
• Skills: Drilling related operation
