HUMAN CAPITAL OFFICER

He/ She will support Human Capital department with major responsible such:
• Resourcing learning vendor
• Follow up learning program event
• Support all people development program activities
• Assist organization development activities
• Follow up any of Human Capital program

The ideal incumbent must have below requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in any major with min. GPA 3.00
• Priority for Fresh graduate to max. 1 year experience
• Enjoy working with numbers and people
• Enjoy working in outdoor activities
• Likes to have proper arrangement and organized
• Quick in respond/ Fast pace of work
