Weatherford, a multi-national company who are involved in the drilling and
production sectors of oil, gas and geothermal projects worldwide, are seeking an
enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individual to fill the position of:
Cukup Dengan DP 3,5 Juta Anda Telah Terdaftar Menjadi Calon Jamaah Umroh/Haji Sekaligus Agen Biro Haji dan Umroh
QA/QC Coordinator (Balikpapan Base)

Responsibilities:
* Maintain Quality Management System and ensure all paper work are completed
* 100% Crane Inspection (includes inspection in the weekend and at night)
* Inspect all incoming and outgoing equipments / tools
* Review Quality Requirements in Purchase Request / Purchase Order before
issuing PO to suppliers
* Follow up outstanding Quality Documents from supplier upon receiving
* Monitor and arrange for tools’ calibration
* Coordinate and communicate our Quality Requirements with supplier
* On-site inspection and witness upon request
* Conduct supplier audit
* Conduct quality related trainings
* Weatherford meets the requirements, monitor the progress, allocate actions
and close out customer non-conformance reports (CNCR’s)
* Assist in the development of Product Line Specific QHSE packages for the
district
Qualifications:

· Competent supervisory skills.
· Good employee interpersonal skills.
· Mechanical, machining aptitude.
· Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
· Strong written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
· Basic understanding of Weatherford oilfield product and operations
· Ability to communicate with people at all levels
· Ability to work to tight deadlines
· Has full knowledge with API Spec 7, 5CT, DS-1 and related oil and gas
standard.
· Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
· Mature, independent resourceful and organized
· 5 years in supervisory position, ideally within oilfield service
company
