Test Engineer

Summary of Job Descriptions

* To perform and/or coordinate all test activities related to International Roaming
* Supporting other test activities requested to National Test, non related to International Roaming

Details of Job Responsibilities

* To control and/or coordinate all International Roaming test activities in order to achieve National Test KPI
* To perform test and troubleshooting on new International Roaming services establishment test activities with Axis Roaming Partners Inbound and Outbound
* To maintain all the International Roaming SIM Cards
* To review and maintain all International Roaming test documents to keep them updated with Axis applied IR technology and services as well as GSMA standard
* To provide IR periodic report
* To support other test activities requested to National Test, non related to IR

Job Qualification / Requirements

* Bachelor degree, majoring in Telecommunication Engineering Studies
* Minimum 3 years experience in Telecommunication Industry, specifically in Core Network, IN, Signaling, and International Roaming
* Capable of multitasking, fast learner, tough mentality, high spirited personality, positive attitude and mindset, willing to travel, adaptive, attention to details
* Good communication skills
* Fluent English, spoken and written


Area Sales Manager - Sulawesi

Detail of Responsibilities

* Accountable for Area Sales target
* Translate regional sales strategy defined by RSM into operational execution within responsible area
* Manage products availability in respective area
* Together with Trade Marketing (TM), setup strategy to manage visibility; proactively providing feedback to TM team to ensure high visibility in respective area
* Define targets per ASS and ensure continuous monitoring on daily area performance against target set
* Develop and maintain business relationship with trade partners (Wholesalers)
* Regular performance evaluation (sales, visibility, partner relationship)
* Manage, train and coaching ASS

Job Requirement

* Minimum preferable S1
* Minimum 5 years working experiences, preferebly from telco background
* At least 2 years in managing large sales force
* Comfortable with the use of computer/lap top, using Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, etc)
* Strong leadership and people skills
* Willing to be places in Sulawesi Area (Kendari, Gorontalo, Palu)
