Recruitment and Selection Staff
(Jawa Timur - Pasuruan)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible to participate in the activities in establishment and administration of recruitment and manpower placement system and activities to ensure adequate supply and well-managed flow of manpower, to meet current and future Human Resources requirements of corporate objectives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Psychology or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university with GPA min 2.75.
2. Having psychologist certification would be an advantage.
3. Male/Female, not older than 27 years old.
4. Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the recruitment process and develop the recruitment system and man power planning both for staff positions and workers.
5. Well-versed with the recruitment process and certified in conducting the recruitment assessment/test tools.
6. Demonstrated good interviewing and negotiating techniques and skills.
7. Possess strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
8. Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
9. Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan.
