MDR (Marketing Development Representative)
(East Java and Bali)

Cukup Dengan DP 3,5 Juta Anda Telah Terdaftar Menjadi Calon Jamaah Umroh/Haji Sekaligus Agen Biro Haji dan Umroh

Responsibilities:

* Scope of works:
o This position will identify and select market or potential investor in its area, conducted sales pitch and business model presentation, investor assessment, cost renovation analysis, and business development adviser

Requirements:

* Education:
o Bachelor Degree in Architectural and/ or Civil Engineering or any
* Experience:
o 2 years experience on Sales marketing or key account,
o He/ she able to calculating BOQ and renovation cost analysis
o Has a good presentation, communication and negotiation skill
o Excellence planning, organizing and controlling capabilities
o Team player person and enjoy teamwork
o Has a general insight in retail and/ or consumer business, especially in channel management
o Having driving license (A/C)
o Willing to stay East Java and Bali
* Computer literacy:
o Computer literacy
* Language:
o Good communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )

Leadership & Management Development Consultant
(Narogong)

Responsibilities:

* Scope of works:
o To provide effective and comprehensive leadership and management competency development cycle and solution, tailored to the clients' needs and company business goals. The solutions include: Learning Needs Analysis, Design and Develop learning program objectives and methods, Implement learning strategies, and Provide evaluation & monitoring tools for on-the-job learning impact that supports and responds to departmental & organizational objectives.

Requirements:

* Education :
o Tertiary education in Social Science, Psychology is an advantage
* Experience :
o 5 years experiences in people development
o Demonstrate success in leadership in a range of workplace settings and learning context
o Demonstrate expertise in the Analysis, Design and Development, Implementation, and Evaluation of Learning
o Experience in working in a diverse range of cultures and urban and rural location including process plants
* Computer literacy:
o MS Office & Lotus Notes
* Language :
o Excellent command of written & spoken English
* Other qualification / skills :
o Certified in training & learning facilitating
o Strong leadership and coaching skills
o Good at developing plans
o Wide coverage in HR-based competency
o Have ability to interact with all levels
