Mulia Industry is a group of Manufacture Company, which consists of two operating subsidiaries, namely Mulia Glass and Mulia Keramik Indah Raya. Mulia Industry was established in 1986. Has been listed at the Jakarta Stock Exchange and started to go public in 1994 as PT. Mulia Industrindo, Tbk. Up to now, all production process take place in Cikarang with +/- 10.000 employees.

To strengthen our company development, now we are looking professional candidate to fill in the position as:

People & Organization Development
(Jawa Barat - Cikarang)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for organizational development task : review job description, HR policy
* Responsible in training activities such as set up and develop training modules, evaluate training program, organize training and seminar, also as a trainer
* Develop e-Learning program and leading some internal talk show events.

Requirements:

* Male/Female, minimum 27 years old
* Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Industrial Engineer/Statistic
* Having minimal 2 years experience in Web development, Training & OD, Project management, Skillful as junior trainer and moderator
* Knowledgeable in HR Concept and Development, Strong analytical thinking
* Mature and Independent person, Good analytical and presentation skill, Self-starter, Having good communication skill and Interpersonal approach to others
* Willing to be placed in Cikarang (We provide shuttle bus for employee).
