MANE, a leading French company developing and producing Fragrances and Flavours for the Cosmetic and Food Industry is expanding its operation in Indonesia.
We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Fragrance Marketing Assistant - Cikarang Office
(Jawa Barat - Cikarang)

Responsibilities:

* Working within the Fragrance Marketing Department and answering to the Fragrance Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will have the following tasks and responsibilities:
o Maintain a Data Base of fragranced products as well as their pictures and take care of the purchase and storage of these products
o Organize meetings with the fragrance team
o Gather and circulate information about fragrance trends and the Indonesian market on local, regional and international levels
o Help providing support to promote our fragrances to our clients

Requirements:

* University Diploma
* Good English
* Master Windows applications, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar software a plus
* Very well organized, creative and dynamic
* Ability for team work and ability to achieve goals in specified time
* Prior experience in fragrance/flavour industry or consumer goods a plus
* Job located in our Cikarang office
