We are a family business with a long history in Asia 1955. from generation to generation we try our best to serve our customers and help the community to have a better life. PT San is a sourcing and trading operation for agriculture products like corn, rice, seaweed, cashew nut, cloves, soy beans, green beans and other products. We operate in several places in Indonesia, Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali, Makassar, Sumbawa and Jember. Our company supplies the products from locally and internasional (import) and thus we deliver them to our customers.

Human Resource Staff (HRD)
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Requirements:

* Male/Female, Max 35 years old
* Min Bachelor Degree from Psychology/Law/Education, Master Degree in HR is preferred
* Fluent in English - spoken and written
* Experience in the same position min. 2 years
* Computer Literate : Ms Office, HR Systems
* Depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relationship, HR procedures
* Develop strategies and implement HR policies & guidelines needed to deliver value to shareholders and employees
* Lead and guide the HR team and partner with the management team towards achieving excellent performance
* Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities, good interpersonal and communication skills to people at all level of the organization, honest, target oriented, and high analytical skill
* Good personality, self motivated, and team player
