Trainer

Responsibilities:

Melakukan Training Needs Analysis
Membuat Modul Training
Pelaksanaan program Training
Melakukan evaluasi Training
Membuat laporan
Tugas pendukung lainnya dalam menhalankan kegiatan Training & Development

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
Have an experience in manufacture as a trainer / HRD
Have a good communication skill
