1. Technician Group Leader (Building – Facility Maintenance)

Responsibilities:
• To effectively lead the facility maintenance team operation
• To create and manage maintenance schedule, technician deployment and reports
• To act as a focal point in liaison with clients and vendors
• To continuously train and coach the team in optimizing their capacity, skills, and awareness.
• To closely monitor and analyze the operational budget & expenses.

Requirements:
• Male, maximum age of 28 years old
• Min D3 graduate in engineering, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Have the ability to solve technical problems of civil, mechanical and electrical problems
• Good English proficiency
• Good leadership and communication skill

2. Workshop Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• To effectively lead the Workshop team operation
• To create and manage schedule, technician deployment and reports
• To act as a focal point in liaison with clients and vendors
• To continuously train and coach the team in optimizing their capacity, skills, and awareness.
• To closely monitor and analyze the operational budget & expenses.

Requirements:

• Male, maximum age of 28 years old
• Min D3 graduate in engineering, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Have the ability to solve technical problems of civil, mechanical and electrical problems
• Good English proficiency
• Good leadership and communication skill

3. Sales Engineer

Requirements:

• Male or female, maximum age of 28 years old
• Domicile Jakarta
• Can work individually and/or within a team
• Driven and motivated approach to work
• Knowledge of Mechanical engineering background
• Good in English, written and verbal
• Customer service minded and strong negotiation skills
• Preferably has own vehicle
• Willing to travel
• Min D3 graduate in engineering, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Computer literate
