We are a group of automotive Wiring Harness part manufacturer Japanese company located at Gempol Porong, Pasuruan Jawa Timur. v IR SUPERVISOR (IRS)

Qualifications :
o Bachelor degree in Law/ Psychology
o Male/Female , age 25- 35 years old
o Having minimum 2-3 years experiences Industrial Relation, Recruitment, Job Evaluation and Employee Relation
o Understand Labor Law/ UU Ketenagakerjaan and PKB

v HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR (HRS)

Qualifications :
o Bachelor degree in Law/ Psychology / Economy
o Male/Female , age 25- 35 years old
o Having minimum 1-2 years experiences in Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, Medical Allowance, and Income Tax

v PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PRS)

Qualifications :
o Bachelor degree in Technical Industrial, Mechanical, Electro or Engineering Manufacturing
o Male, age 25- 35 years old
o Fresh Graduate or having 1 year of relevant experience

v EXIM SUPERVISOR (EXS)

Qualifications :
o Bachelor degree in relevant background
o Male/ Female, age 25- 35 years old
o Having min 3 years in export import of relevant experience
o Having min 3 years with customs permit experience and legal permit documents
o Having experience handle bonded zone (Kawasan Berikat) activities, import and local material.
o Familiar with MS Office

v WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (WRS)

Qualifications :
o Bachelor degree in relevant background
o Male, age 25- 35 years old
o Having min 2-3 years in warehouse of relevant experience

v ADMINISTRATION (ADM)

Qualifications :
o Minimum graduated from D1
o Male/ Female, age 20 – 25 years old
o Fresh graduate or having experience in relevant job

v OPERATOR

Qualifications:
o Female, age max. 25 years old
o Education SMU / SMK
o Not Merried Yet
o Height min. 153 cm

General Requirement :
– Familiar with MS Office applications
– Conversation in English , in both spoken and written
– Able to work in a team and individual
– Mature, meticulous ,responsible, and hard worker
– Willing be placed in Gempol Porong, Pasuruan, East Java
– Willing to work under pressure and tight time work
